Funding and benefits: Welcome to the Direct Beneficiary Grants Application Portal – The Supporting AFR100 Programme The Supporting AFR100 Programme, implemented by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) with support from the Government of Germany, aims to strengthen locally led forest and landscape restoration across selected landscapes in Africa. The programme is currently implemented in Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Togo, and the United Republic of Tanzania. Through the Direct Beneficiary Grants (DBG) scheme, the programme provides financial support to registered local organizations implementing restoration activities and strengthening restoration-based livelihoods and value chains. This Call for Proposals is only open to eligible registered organizations operating within the designated programme landscapes in the four following countries Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Togo, and the United Republic of Tanzania.
