Ideally in the long run, it is hoped that the selected Fellows will contribute and even lead communities to address the issues that formed their fellowship work. The Fellow will work for a duration of up to six (6) months and be paid up to MYR3,000 per month according to a payment and deliverables schedule to be agreed by both Sinar Project and the Fellow.
