The OWSD PhD Fellowships program develops women leaders in science and technology and strengthens research capacity in the Global South. Fellows undertake doctoral research in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics at eligible institutions in the Global South. OWSD reported no PhD application call in 2025 because of funding circumstances and will publish future call information on the official page.
