The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program works through partner universities and non-governmental organizations. Each partner manages its own application, selection process, and deadline. Scholarships are available at secondary, undergraduate, and master's levels, but not currently for doctoral study. Support can include tuition, accommodation, books and academic materials, mentoring, counselling, leadership development, and return travel when necessary.
