Applicants must be Colombian professionals older than 21 and up to 50 years old and apply in one of these categories: Indigenous professionals; Black, Afro-Colombian, Raizal, or Palenquero (NARP) professionals; women professionals residing in rural areas; or natural persons directly leading a social-enterprise project. Indigenous, NARP, and rural-women applicants must be employed by or contractually linked to a legally constituted organization whose purpose falls within social enterprise; natural-person applicants must lead and develop their own territorial project. The call also requires residence in a listed prioritized department and evidence of at least six months of project execution. The program offers up to 34 places and includes a one-month blended course in Madrid during September–October 2026.
