EMBO Workshops Funding supports organizers of international scientific meetings that stimulate exchange of current knowledge and reflect emerging needs in the life sciences. In addition to core event funding, EMBO helps promote selected workshops and provides web-based registration and abstract-submission infrastructure. Proposals are assessed under scientific quality, organizer, scope, location, budget, inclusion, and sustainability criteria. The two 2026 deadlines were March 1 and July 1 and are closed.
