Fellows will be placed in Taiwan's NGO according to their professional backgrounds. Fellows will work with the Taiwanese NGO and engage in daily operations for three weeks. Depending on the nature of the NGOs, fellows will engage in event preparation, project management, or fundraising activities. Fellows will attend workshops at the start of the program. The workshop aims at project management, fundraising, and advocacy. Fellows will also visit civil society sites in Taiwan. Fellows will join a roundtable event on the sixth day of the program. The fellows and Taiwanese NGO professionals will together share their practical experience and up-to-date observations in the field. Fellows will be expected to propose a project draft at the end of the program for future cooperation in their home countries.
